Saturday Public Polo Events at the Bethpage Polo Field
Polo for October 1 has been cancelled due to weather and field conditions. All tickets will be refunded.

We prefer if tickets are purchased in advance for each event. If arriving at the Bethpage State Park by car, pass the Bethpage State Park ticket booth on your way into the park. New York State charges a $8.00 NYS Vehicle Use Fee to enter the park. Note: This is NOT A PARKING FEE! The Meadow Brook Polo Club’s Main Ticket Booth will be your next entrance on your right.
Ticket confirmation will be emailed from noreply@notify.thundertix.com and verified by our Meadow Brook Polo Club Event Staff by scanning the barcode on your ticket confirmation at the Main Ticket Booth.
Each person MUST have a ticket for entry.
The Meadow Brook Polo Club welcomes spectators of all ages!
Well behaved dogs are welcome in all areas but are prohibited from entering the VIP Tent. Due to safety reasons all dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Spectators are welcome to bring their own food and drinks as well as umbrellas which must be staked and secured to the ground. TENTS ARE PROHIBITED.
For lawn seating sections, please bring a picnic blanket or low chairs.

SEATING DESCRIPTIONS
LAWN SEATING
$15 - $25
Lawn Seating allows you to enjoy the polo match from the north side of the field, closest to the Meadow Brook Polo Club Official Score Board. Spectators are recommended to bring a picnic blanket or low chairs for lawn seating.
- $15 per ticket for children 4-17 years of age
- $15 per ticket for Seniors 65+ and
- $15 per ticket for First Responders, Military, Veterans.
- $25 per ticket adults
No shade provided. Spectators are allowed to bring their own food and drinks as well as bring their own umbrella which must be staked and secured to the ground.
TENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
GRANDSTAND
$15 - $35
Grandstand Seating allows spectators to select reserved seating in either the north or south grandstand and can choose to sit in the shaded section or the sunny section of the Grandstand. The Meadow Brook Polo Academy has sponsored boxed lunches for Grandstand ticket holders only on a first come first served basis with limited quantities during the polo events.

VIP CANOPY
$40 - $100
Indulge in all the Meadow Brook Polo Club’s VIP Tent and Hospitality Team has to offer for the ultimate polo experience! Bar, delicious bites, while mingling with club members, players and teams throughout the polo event. Enjoy the best music played by our resident DJ, lounge seating, photo opportunity with the MBPC VIP Swing, specialty drinks at the MBPC VIP (Pets are prohibited in the VIP Canopy)

MBPC CABANA
$50 PER TICKET, $1,200 TO BOOK THE ENTIRE MBPC CABANA
Seating for 24 guests located on the north side of the grandstands. Sit in the shade under the tree canopy in our MBPC Cabana. Parking for 2 small SUVs at the Cabana.
The MBPC will provide the following items and collect them post match: 24 chairs, 2 6ft catering tables, 2 black tablecloths, 1 picnic cooler with ice and 24 refreshments for guests to enjoy upon arrival. Entire cabana booking also gets you 2 bottles of champagne and disposable plastic cups.
PREMIER CABANA
$700 PER PREMIER CABANA
Each Premiere Cabana seats up to 14 guests located on the north side of the Grandstands, shaded by the tree canopies. Parking for 1 vehicle at the Premiere Cabana. The MBPC will provide the following items and collect post-match: 14 chairs, 1 6ft catering table, 1 black tablecloth, 1 picnic cooler with ice and 14 refreshments for guests to enjoy upon arrival including 1 bottle of champagne and disposable plastic cups.
CABANA
$500 PER CABANA
Each Cabana seats 14 guests located on the south side of the VIP Tent. Parking for 1 vehicle at the Cabana. The MBPC will provide the following items and collect post-match: 14 chairs, 1 6ft catering table, 1 black tablecloth, 1 picnic cooler with ice and 14 refreshments for guests to enjoy upon arrival including 1 bottle of champagne and disposable plastic cups.
RESERVED TAILGATE
$350 PER TAILGATE
Reserved Tailgates are located on the south side of the VIP Tent with seating for up to 10 guests. Parking for 1 vehicle at each Tailgate. No shade structure provided but guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and umbrellas which must be staked and secured to the ground. TENTS ARE PROHIBITED.

Meadow Brook polo plays in three locations. During the week we play on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
During the weekends we play Saturdays at the Bethpage Park Polo Fields in Bethpage, NY.

Yes! Polo is one of the great sports played on long Island where you can bring the entire family and still be up close to the action. Come watch polo every Saturday at Bethpage, become a social member and get all practices and game schedules.
Polo can not be played on wet fields. It is dangerous for both the horse and rider. After it rains, it can take up to a day (depending on the sun and wind) for a polo field to dry. Before heading out to the field, it is always a good idea to check our calendar message us on chat to confirm polo is still on schedule.
Tickets can be purchase online by visiting https://meadowbrookpoloclub.com/tickets/ or selecting Purchase Tickets directly from our website. No other websites offer tickets to the games. Check schedule on our calendar page or ticketing page to ensure you have the latest gate opening and game start times. Games last approximately 2 hours with entertainment before and after the game.

SEATING: We provide grandstand seating, or you can bring chairs and blanket, sit on the grass field side. (No Pop up tents allowed). We also have a variety of Cabana, Tailgate, and VIP options available.
FOOD: Available for purchase or you can pack a picnic basket.
L.I.E:
Take the L.I.E. to exit 44 south to exit 8 (Powell Avenue). At top of ramp, turn left and the Bethpage State Park entrance is a short distance on the left.
Southern State Parkway:
Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 31, Bethpage Parkway, and take Bethpage Parkway to the end and go left out of the traffic circle. Look for entrance a short distance on the right.
By Train:
Tickets can be purchased at any LIRR ticket counter or ticket machine at any train station. Ask at the booth or look for the MTA getaways for Polo, Golf and Tennis at Bethpage State Park. Your ticket will take you to the Farmingdale train station where you can get a taxi which is included in the price. The taxi ride is round trip with the train for only $23.00. You should call the taxi cab (Long Island Yellow Cab) at 516-249-1212 after purchasing the tickets. Please be aware that multiple tickets/vouchers will print; LIRR RAIL tickets will print last. Be sure to take all ticket items upon completion of transaction. With these tickets, you will receive a coupon for 15% discount on lunch or dinner at Taste 99.

If you hold a current Empire Pass, which you can purchase from NYS, you can enter the park for no additional cost to enter the park. If you would like to park field side there is a $10.00 per car fee.

TICKET POLICY: Match time, date, teams and team rosters are always subject to change. Tickets are not subject to any refund or exchange and shall bear no cash value. A change in the event schedule (including time, date, tournament or weather) under any circumstance does not entitle ticket purchasers to a refund or exchange. Only if an event does not take place, solely at the discretion of MB Polo Management, will a ticket for that event be eligible for exchange under the terms of which constitute a “Rain Check”. Under the terms of a Rain Check, the ticket will be eligible for an exchange of a ticket of the same value for another match within 12 months of the originally scheduled event, subject to availability. In the event of a cancelation, MB Polo will publicly as announce soon as a decision is made (website + social media + email to ticket holders). If no announcement has been made otherwise, the match is currently ON. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The bearer recognizes that his/her attendance at the Event is voluntary and may result in personal injury or property damage. The bearer assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, including the sport of polo and all warm-ups, practices, and competitions associated with the event. General Ticket Reminders: Match time, date, teams and team rosters are always subject to change. A change in the event schedule (including time, date, tournament or weather) under any circumstance does not entitle ticket purchasers to a refund or exchange. Tickets and reservations may be canceled within 7 days of payment/booking. Tickets purchased within 30 days of the event will have no cancellation, returns or exchanges. In no event will MB Polo be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages or for lost profits, revenues or business opportunities. This includes purchased catering. COMP tickets, issued by MB Polo without payment for any reason are not eligible for exchange or compensation in any case. Meadow Brook Polo Club wants all Guests to be able to enjoy the fun and excitement of our polo events in a safe and comfortable environment. Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all MB Polo staff, and we ask Guests for the same in return. Meadow Brook Polo Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any Guest who violates the Guest Code of Conduct. Any Guest in violation will be subject to immediate ejection without refund. Dogs on a leash – not exceeding six feet in length. Not permitted in buildings, camping, bathing, and picnic areas except where needed as a seeing eye, guide dog (service dog). Proof of license, tags, and a valid rabies vaccination must be demonstrated. Dogs must be on leash at all times and cannot be near horses or player staging areas. Pets are prohibited in the VIP Canopy.
